My item hasn’t arrived
If you have received a dispatch email and your item hasn’t arrived please first check the item tracking (for items over £20). If you do not have a tracking number or there is an issue with the tracking, please contact email@example.com. All items are sent with Royal Mail. Please bear in mind that they do not consider an item lost for 15 working days.
Help! My item is damaged
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hrs of receiving your item. Please include your order number, photos and a brief description. I will get back to you as soon as I can.
If you wish to return an item it must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition and packaging.
To return an item please contact email@example.com. Please include your order number and specify which items you wish to return with the reason for the return. You must arrange the return within 28 days of receipt of the item.
Postage is at your own cost unless faulty. If you are shipping an item over £20 you should consider sending the item via a trackable shipping service otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you are exchanging, your new item will be posted on receipt of the returned item.
Refunds will be returned via your original payment method within 7 days.
Certain items are exempt from returns unless faulty. These include:
- Any item that has been fully custom made to your individual measurements / requirements and could not reasonably be sold to any other customer.
- Gift Vouchers
